The opportunity

This is a senior role with genuine autonomy.

n

You'll work directly with chief executive officers, boards and executive leaders on appointments where experience and judgement matter. You'll own your client relationships; lead retained search assignments and build a portfolio around your strengths and network.

n

You'll also influence how our executive search capability grows, while drawing on the relationships and expertise across Davidson.

n

You'll:

- Lead C-suite, board and senior executive search assignments.
n
- Build and grow a sustainable portfolio of retained search clients.
n
- Advise senior leaders on roles, markets and leadership requirements.
n




- Develop search strategies and lead assignments from briefing through to appointment.
n
- Bring market insight, sound judgement and structured assessment to every search.
n
- Build relationships that lead to repeat work and long-term partnerships.
n
- Share relationships, opportunities and expertise across Davidson.
n

What you'll bring

You're an established executive search or senior recruitment professional who knows how to build a market, not just deliver an assignment.

You'll bring:

- Strong executive search or senior recruitment experience.
n
- Credibility with chief executive officers, boards and senior leaders.
n
- A track record of winning work and developing lasting client relationships.
n
- Commercial acumen and confidence developing new opportunities.
n
- Solid assessment, stakeholder management and advisory skills.
n
- Sound judgement, integrity and a genuine commitment to candidate care.
