We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business objectives by implementing HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring, onboarding and offboarding process.

- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
n
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
n
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
n
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
n
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements in Australia.

- Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
n
- Conduct performance appraisals and support managers in performance management processes.
n
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
n
- Manage HR databases, records, and reporting to support decision-making.
n

Qualifications & Requirements:

n

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
n
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
n
- Robust knowledge of Australia labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
n
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
