What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard
n
- Leading and supporting team members including juniors
n
- Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results
n
- Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
n
- Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally
n
- Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation
n
- Cash handling and register operation
n
- Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Shift Leader role in quick food or hospitality
n
- A natural leader who can motivate and support a team
n
- Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
n
- Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressureFlexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays
n
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene
n
