- Expertisein Risk Management:You'llexcel atidentifying, assessing, and managing family violence risk effectively, ensuring ongoing safety and promoting accountability.

- Strategic Case Management: Youpossessthe ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary case management plans, adapting them as needed and fostering collaborative, cross-sector practice.

- Advocacy for Systemic Change: You are passionate about advocating for legislative and policy reform and increasing community awareness to drive meaningful change in family violence prevention and response.

- Commitment to Feminist Principles: You have a demonstrable understanding of and commitment to feminist philosophy, alongside a deep awareness of the social and political issues affecting women and childrenimpactedby family violence.

- Skilled Engagement & Empathy: You can effectively engage with diverse communities and individuals experiencing family violence, drawing on your proven case managementexperienceand understanding of relevant frameworks

- Valid Victorian Driver's Licence |WorkingwithChildren Check |Police Check
n
- Minimumbachelor's degree in social work(or trauma related field) and experienceappropriate tothe field (refer to Position Description).
