At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavours and the power of food to bring people together. As aShift Leader atGYG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences.

We are looking for people that are available to work between 3-4 shifts a week, with flexible availability including early morning (6am onwards), late night (4pm onwards) and overnights (10pm onwards).

n

Your role will include:

n

n
- Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shift
n
- Champion a "customer-first" mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces andregular guests
n
- Maintaining high quality foodsafety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control
n
- Be a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe ourvalues, policies and procedures
n
- Communicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone aligned
n
- Be hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable store
n
- Oversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoices
n

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

n

- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
n
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service
n




- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
n
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
n
