Job Description

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll support customers with accurate parts advice while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

n

Whether you come from automotive, retail, trade, or mechanical backgrounds, we provide training to set you up for success.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Helping customers identify and source the right parts
n
- Processing sales, orders, and enquiries
n
- Picking, packing,



and dispatching parts
n
- Supporting stock control and inventory
n
- Working closely with your team to keep the branch running smoothly
n

n

Qualifications

n

Customer service mindset
n Interest or experience in automotive, parts, or trades
n Strong communication and attention to detail
n A hands-on, team-first attitude

n

Highly regarded (but not essential):

n

n
- Parts, automotive, or mechanical experience
n
- Exposure to trucks / heavy vehicles
n
