We are inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified staff both internal and external, who wish to upskill and undertake MRI training role within the Lake Imaging Ballarat Region.

Eligibility Criteria:

n

n
- Full-time
n
- Strong professionalism, communication skills, and teamwork
n
- Commitment to patient-centered care
n
- Medical radiation practitioner registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
n
- Minimum 2yrs post qualification experience withdemonstratedfull competency in CT.
n
- Demonstrated knowledge in cross-sectional anatomy and pathology
n
- Willingness to enrol in and complete an accreditedMRI Physics course
n
- Willingness to complete the ASMIRT Level 1 MRI Accreditation Exam within 12 months ofcommencingtrainingandattainPart A and Part b of Level Certification
n
- Demonstrates commitment to ongoing self-directed learning by actively seeking educational resources to further develop knowledge.
n
- Willingness to be rotated to all MRI sites withinthe designatedregion.
n
- Commit to a minimum service obligationfollowing successful completion of the training.

Additional Considerations:

n

n
- Have at least 2 years of patient facing clinical experience
n
- Once selected, enrol and completetheRadiopediaMRI coursewithin 1 month ofacceptanceof position.
n




- Once selected,complete all assigned learning within assigned time frame
n
- Once selected, sit ASMIRT Level 1 MRI AccreditationExamPart A within 12 months of commencement of training.
n
- Onceaccepted,agrees to be rostered to all MRI sites in the region.
n
- Initiative shown in professional development activities
n
- Reliability, time management, and ability to work under supervision
n
