Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales person, to sell contract and custom housing to owner-occupiers out of a beautiful display in Aura.

Through advertising campaigns and their database you will be given leads, as well as leads coming through their displays.

n

We are looking for people who want to succeed, in a supportive environment with a builder that builds around 100 homes per year.

n

We are looking for:

n

n
- Candidates with a proven track record in property sales, for contract and or custom housing.
n
- Computer literate, with experience using databases
n
- Presentable with an outgoing personality
n
- Energetic
n
- Able to take on the vision of the company
n
- able to understand how to site a house on land
n
- Good understanding of the hot land estates in SEQ and the requirements on each estate
n
- Professionalism and excellent ethic
n
- The ability to work weekends.
