The Role

n

Enhancing the overall dining experience by actively engaging with residents providing support through mealtimes to include:

n

n
- Providing meal choices and serving of meals
n
- Prepare and set up dining areas
n
- Use empathy and kindness to foster a positive dining experience
n
- Assistwith quality food preparationin accordance withthe Food Safety Plan, Bolton Clarke Food Standards and Dining Framework
n

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Previous customer service skills within hospitality working environment, including kitchen work
n
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced role.
n
- Ability to take direction from others and work well in a team.
n
- Demonstrated high level of safety awareness in hospitality environments, following workplace procedures.
n
- Clear and concise English language skills.
n
- Intermediate computer skills essential for online learning and ongoing training requirements.
n
- A positive, compassionate and caring attitudetowards the Elderly
n
- Reliability and shift flexibility
n
- Valuable timemanagement skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
n

n

Mandatory for compliance

n
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
n




- Willingness to complete apolicecheckprior to commencement
n
- Provide x2 work email addresses of current or previous Management referees.
