As the Store Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, inspire and coach your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and motivate a large team within a high-volume, big-box retail setting
n
- Coordinate promotional events, supplier activations, and store campaigns
n




- Build strong customer relationships while driving sales and store performance
n
- Collaborate with the Franchise Owner and leadership team to enhance operations
n
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members
n
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends for key store events
n

What We're Looking For

- Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within hardware or big-box retail
n
- A robust focus on people development, culture, and customer service
n
- Highly organised, operationally astute, and confident managing multiple systems
n
- Experience with Pronto and Tanda (highly regarded)
n
- Hands-on approach, comfortable in a physically active retail environment
n
- Passionate about learning, growth, and delivering results
