About the role

- This is an opportunity to lead a major, multi-site digital infrastructure programme within a global technology services environment.
n
- You will provide strategic and operational leadership across several interconnected delivery streams, working closely with customers, Project Managers, technical teams and delivery partners. Joining at a formative stage, you will have genuine scope to shape the programme structure, establish effective ways of working and build a high-performing delivery culture.
n
- The role requires someone who can create clarity across a complex environment, maintain commercial and delivery oversight, and build confidence with senior customer stakeholders.
n
- What you'll do
n
- Lead the programme across multiple physical infrastructure projects and deployment workstreams
n
- Provide direction, support and accountability to Project Managers
n
- Maintain oversight of programme delivery, financial performance, risks and dependencies
n
- Build trusted relationships with customer sponsors, technical leaders and delivery partners
n
- Establish practical governance and reporting that supports timely decisions
n
- Resolve complex delivery challenges and maintain momentum across the programme
n

n

About you:

n

Ideally, you will have delivered complex infrastructure programmes within a technology consultancy, professional services,



systems integration or managed services environment, where you have been accountable for customer outcomes as well as overall delivery performance

n

You will bring:

n

n
- Direct, hands-on experience leading multi-site deployments of physical technology infrastructure, covering site readiness, build, hardware installation, commissioning and go-live
n
- Experience leading large, customer-facing technology or infrastructure programmes
n
- Confidence managing senior customers, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners
n
- Commercial experience across budgets, forecasting and programme performance
n
- The ability to lead through ambiguity and bring structure to a developing setting
n
- A collaborative leadership style grounded in humility, accountability and sound judgement
n
- Experience across physical data‐centre infrastructure, networks, storage, compute, telecommunications or similarly complex site‐based environments will be highly regarded.
n
