Production Superintendent
n FPSO | Equatorial Guinea

We are seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to join an offshore FPSO operation in Equatorial Guinea on a rotational basis.

n

This is a leadership role responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production, process and utility systems, while driving operational excellence, compliance and team performance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and supervise offshore production operations onboard the FPSO.
n
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, Permit to Work (PTW) systems and risk management processes.
n
- Manage and develop production teams, promoting a solid safety culture and operational discipline.
n
- Oversee production efficiency, uptime and process optimization initiatives.
n
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure safe and effective execution of work scopes.
n
- Support emergency response activities and incident investigations as required.
n

Requirements

n

n




- Extensive offshore oil & gas experience with FPSO operations.
n
- Previous experience as a Production Superintendent or senior production leadership role.
n
- Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems, utilities, DCS and ESD systems.
n
- Proven experience managing PTW, isolations, risk assessments and operational safety systems.
n
- Demonstrated leadership, team management and mentoring skills.
n
- Fluent English communication skills.
n
