We are partnering with a large, well-established organisation to appoint a technically strong Financial Accounting Manager to support a busy reporting and compliance function. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys owning the numbers, improving controls and working across a complex, multi-entity environment.

Your new role

n

n
- Lead month-end reporting including group consolidation and variance analysis
n
- Maintain strong balance sheet control, including review and approval of reconciliations
n
- Oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance (FBT, income tax, and regulatory returns)
n
- Manage and develop a small finance team
n
- Act as key contact for external auditors and tax advisors
n




- Drive process improvements across reporting, controls and governance
n

n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
- CA/CPA qualified with strong financial accounting foundations
n
- Proven experience in a corporate or multi-entity environment
n
- Strong technical reporting, compliance and reconciliation expertise
n
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
n
