Job Description

Oversees and manages market sectors within P&C;'s portfolio of projects. Responsible for securing new opportunities and managing a staff to ensure project completion is on time, within budget, and meets P&C;'s quality standards. Develops and maintains qualified and client relationships and provides development opportunities for project team members.

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of project scope and approach

- Understanding of estimating, scheduling, sustainability measures (i.e., LEED), budget control
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Detail oriented and analytical
n
- High degree of integrity and professionalism

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Vista, and Procore

Education/Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
n
- Equivalent field experience in lieu of degree
n
- Minimum seven years' experience as Project Manager
