Ausmech Mechanical Services is located in the Mount Thorley industrial estate.
n This is a newer role within our business, as our light & heavy vehicle workshop is growing.

n

Your role:

n

n
- Being the face of the service department & liaising directly with customers
n
- Greeting customers / Customer liaison
n
- Taking service, rego check & breakdown calls
n
- Scheduling in jobs for the workshop
n
- Creating job cards & allocating work
n
- Liaising with our parts department on parts required for jobs
n
- Providing updates to customers on work progress/additional work required
n
- Gaining fleet approvals for repair work
n
- Submitting quotes & estimates for work required
n
- Assisting with booking of plant and forklift repairs/servicing where required
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
n
- Punctual & able to work well in a small team environment
n
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair & maintenance
n
- Solid computer, email and phone skills
n
- Experience with Workshop Software, Autodata & Navigator is an advantage
n
