We are looking for a proactive, safety-conscious MEM Coordinator. With strong workshop experience and practical leadership skills. This hands‐on leadership role is responsible for developing and building a workshop and team to maintain a safe and reliable fleet of underground and surface mobile equipment

- CAT R1300 and CAT R1700 Underground Loaders
n
- Sandvik DD311 and Axera 7 Drill Rigs
n

n

Is this you?

n

n
- A trade‐qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic
n
- Have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Heavy Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic?
n
- Hold a Truck licence?
n




- Have solid diagnostics and repair capabilities across heavy plant?
n
- Demonstrated problem‐solving and troubleshooting skills?
n
- Demonstrated supervisory or leading hand experience within mining, heavy equipment, or heavy industrial environments.
n
- Do you have a commitment to quality and safety?
n

Desirable (not essential) tickets or experience that you may have

n

- Auto Electrical Experience
n
- Working at Heights and Confined Space
n
- Australian Working Rights
n
- Australian C Class Drivers Licence
n
- National Police check clearance
n
- Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical with drug and alcohol screen
