An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and acting as a trusted link between our customers and the workshop team ensuring every vehicle's service journey is managed with professionalism, care and clear communication.

About the Role:

n

n
- Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly and personalised service experience
n
- Booking and coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs
n
- Preparing accurate repair orders, estimates and invoices
n
- Clearly explaining servicing, repair requirements and technical information to customers
n
- Proactively managing customer expectations around costs, timing and vehicle requirements
n
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process
n
- Ensuring repair orders and customer records are accurate and completed promptly
n




- Managing multiple customer requirements while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
n

n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (dealership experience is highly desired)
n
- A solid understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- The ability to confidently explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly way
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- A qualified presentation and positive, approachable manner
n
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
n
- A genuine willingness to continue developing your product and technical knowledge
n
