As we launch Plumbing Bros Moreton Bay, we're looking for an experienced Master Plumber to become a key part of the business from day one.

This is more than a plumbing role. You'll initially be hands-on while taking responsibility for technical leadership, quality, compliance and mentoring. As the business grows, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into a broader management role.

Key responsibilities
n

- Perform plumbing and gas works as the team is established
n
- Act as the technical point of contact for the plumbing team
n
- Mentor plumbers and apprentices and set high standards
n
- Oversee workmanship, compliance, safety and customer service
n
- Support quoting and provide technical advice to customers
n
- Liaise with suppliers, site supervisors and other stakeholders
n
- Identify variations and ensure they are appropriately managed
n
- Help develop efficient systems and processes as the business grows
n

About you
n

- Certificate III in Plumbing
n
- Current Queensland plumbing licence
n
- Gas fitting licence/experience highly regarded
n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Strong plumbing experience and technical knowledge
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
