- Lead and mentor junior engineers, aligning development with technical standards and business objectives

- Design and implement robust, scalable software systems for Eftsure's product offerings
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams to deliver software solutions on time and meet stakeholder expectations
n
- Conduct code reviews and create technical documentation to maintain code quality and longevity
n
- Research, recommend, and integrate tools and technologies that drive innovation
n
- Design scalable, secure systems protecting Australian businesses from payment fraud
n
- Develop and maintain software solutions meeting high standards of efficiency and scalability
n

Requirements

n

n
- 4 to 8 years of relevant professional experience as a software engineer
n
- Demonstrated expertise in software development, programming languages and patterns, development methodologies, and modern tools
n
- Ability to guide and inspire junior engineers
n
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
n
- Strong grasp of software architecture principles
n
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory
n




- Relevant certifications are highly regarded
n
- Experience with Java, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, GitHub, GitLab, and .NET
