The Opportunity
n
An excellent opportunity is now available for an Inventory Administrator to join our growing team based in Brendale.
n
This is a hands‐on role that requires strong attention to detail, efficient multitasking, confidence working with spreadsheets and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
n
Working as part of a national operation, you will work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse teams, suppliers, freight providers and management across our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth locations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

- Monitor stock levels and availability across all warehouse locations.
n
- Run, review and maintain inventory and stock movement reports.
n
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses.
n
- Track freight and container movements and communicate updates to relevant teams.
n
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies where required.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
n
- Liaise with warehouse teams, suppliers and freight providers regarding stock movements and deliveries.
n
- Support inventory accuracy through reporting and reconciliation.
n
- Maintain organised records and follow up outstanding tasks.
n
- Assist with identifying opportunities to improve stock management and administrative processes.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a fast‐paced operational environment. You will ideally have:
n
n
- Experience in inventory control, administration, or a similar coordination role.
n
- Robust attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
n
- The ability to analyse information and investigate discrepancies.
n
- Good organisational and time‐management skills.
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
n
- Experience using an ERP, WMS or inventory management system is desirable.
n
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
n
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
n
- Practical problem‐solving skills and a willingness to learn.
n
- A positive, professional and proactive approach to work.
