The Opportunity

We are expanding our team in the Parramatta NSW and are looking for:

- Registered Nurses (RNs)
n
- Enrolled Nurses (ENs)
n
- Home Care Employees (HCEs)
n

You'll work across a variety of shifts — including active nights — to deliver exceptional in-home care and help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide clinical and personal care in clients' homes.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
n
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
n




- Promote safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction.
n

n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Current Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
n
- National Police Clearance (current)
n
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
n
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
n
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
n
- Computer literacy — confident using digital systems for care notes & communication
n
- Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
n
