About the role

n

As Head of Operations,you'lllead our national hub network across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Gold Coast and Adelaide- driving secure,efficientand commercially disciplined operations at scale.You'lllead a team ofManagers,setting the standards and building the capability that underpinsSplend'sgrowth across Australia.You'llalso own fleet disposal strategy-ensuring vehicles exit the fleet at the right time and value tomaximisereturn and keep our fleet profile aligned to commercial targets.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Leading and developing six Hub Managers across the national network, driving consistent operating standards,safetyand service delivery in every market
n
- Partnering with the National Maintenance Manager to ensure fleet compliance, vehiclereadinessand maintenance capacity scales with fleet growth
n
- Working alongside the National Procurement Manager on vehicle acquisition,partsand supplier contracts, including OEM negotiations,



to deliver national agreements that improve cost and service outcomes
n
- Owning the national operations strategy- standardising processes, driving continuous improvement and lifting productivity and customer experience across all hubs
n
- Coaching and developing your leadership team, building a high-performing operations function and a strong succession pipeline
n
- Owning the national operations budget and cost base, ensuring WHS compliance and regulatory requirements are met in every state
n
- Leading fleet disposal strategy to maximise vehicle return value and keep the fleet's age and condition profile aligned to commercial targets

What you'll bring to Splend

n

n
- 10+years'operational leadership experience, including experience leading leaders across multiple sites or locations.
n
- Experience in automotive,logistics, or maintenance sectors, ideally within ascale upenvironment.
n
- Stronganalytical skills withconfidencemanaging budgets, maintenancecontractsand procurement agreements.
n
- The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in high pressure situations.
n
- A processdrivenandproblem solvingmindset with the commercial awareness to balance cost control and service quality.
n
