Ayra Kabir Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Time Cook to join our team in Widgee, QLD. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and customer preferences
n
- - Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
n
- - Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
n
- - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
n
- - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
n
- - Train and supervise kitchen staff, as needed
n
- - Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
n
- - Adhere to portion control and cost management guidelines
n
- - Handle and store food products properly
n
- - Assist with inventory and stock management
n




- - Other duties as assigned by management
n

Requirements:

n

- - 12 months of work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
n
- - Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equivalent
n
- - Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
n
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
n
- - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
n
- - Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
n
- - Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
n
- - Must have a valid work permit for Australia
n
