About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow our business in South Australia. This is a part-time, field-based role, requiring travel within South Australia (predominantly Adelaide and outer suburbs, and the South East).
You will build lasting corporate relationships while generating a pipeline of referrals and enrolments into our courses through a two-tiered sales approach - corporate partnerships and student engagement. You will be responsible for territory planning, pipeline management and achieving defined performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert current business opportunities
Develop and manage strong corporate relationships with employers in the Aged Care, Disability and Local Government sectors, and with Employment Service Providers such as Workforce Australia
Drive repeat corporate business to build a referral pipeline
Develop client proposals in collaboration with Management and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
Conduct compliant student information sessions so potential students can make informed enrolment decisions
Ensure compliance with the attraction and engagement requirements of all relevant regulatory bodies, including Skills SA and ASQA
About You
You are a self-motivated and energetic sales professional who can demonstrate:
Proven B2B sales and account management experience
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
Highly developed communication and writing skills
Confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders, from Head Office to Site Management to potential students
Strong organisational and strategic planning capability
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services (highly regarded)
You will take ownership of your territory, work autonomously with confidence, and bring positive energy and initiative to everything you do.
