Job Description

The Sandbar, part of JBS Hospitality Group in Melbourne, seeks an Assistant Venue Manager to support daily operations of a beachside cafe. You'll help develop a high-performing team and ensure profitable, guest-focused service across breakfast and lunch service seven days a week.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in a similar role, RSA certification, and proven ability to lead in busy bar and restaurant environments.
