Job Description
$95,000 to $120,000 + super + bonuses + $2,500 PD allowance
n
Full-time or part-time
n
Sigma Therapies is a clinician-led practice in Bibra Lake looking for a psychologist (registered or provisional) to work across psychological therapy and Positive Behaviour Support with NDIS and private/self-funded clients across Perth.
n
This is not a PBS-only role, and it is not a therapy-only treadmill either. Your caseload can include therapy, behaviour assessment, behaviour support planning, consultation and reporting, shaped around your skills and interests.
n
You do not need to be a PBS practitioner yet. If you are already considered suitable as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or above), you can step straight into the full role. If you are a psychologist who wants to develop into PBS, we will support you with supervision and a explicit development pathway, and your PBS responsibilities will build as your suitability does.
n
Provisional psychologists are welcome too. Supervision from a Board-approved supervisor is provided in-house, and your salary, caseload and PBS involvement will be set to your registration stage and experience.
n
What you will get
n
n
- $95,000 to $120,000 + super, where you land depends on experience and PBS suitability, plus bonus potential
n
- $2,500 annual professional development allowance
n
- WFH time for reports, planning and admin. This work needs formulation and thinking time, and we build it in rather than pretending it happens between sessions
n
- Regular supervision and case consultation,
including support with clinical complexity and NDIS documentation
n
- An admin team that handles bookings, communication and practice systems
n
- Full-time or part-time, with flexibility around FTE
n

n
n
- psychological therapy with NDIS and private/self-funded clients
n
- functional behaviour assessments

n
- clinical formulation, risk assessment and NDIS reporting
n
- collaboration with our OTs and allied health team
n

n
- confidence working with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams

Experience with disability, mental health, neurodevelopmental presentations, trauma, forensic or child and adolescent work is all relevant here.
