- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 150 properties

- Portfolio predominantly across Geelong with a small portion in the Bellarine
n
- End-to-end portfolio management
n
- VA support handling a large portion of the administration
n
- Manage your own leasing
n
- VCAT when required
n
- No Saturday opens
n
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
n

About The Candidate

n

We're looking for someone with a great attitude first and foremost. You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' current Property Management experience
n
- Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
n




- Strong understanding of Victorian residential legislation
n
- Confidence managing an end-to-end portfolio
n
- VCAT experience
n
- A positive, flexible and team-focused approach
n
- Ability to work autonomously from home
n
- Your own reliable vehicle
n
- Ideally based in Geelong, Bellarine or Melbourne's West due to the location of the portfolio
n
