We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide trusted, high-quality support to our Chief People & Communications Officer and senior leaders across People, Culture & Communications.
n
Play an active role in a busy executive environment, where ability, adaptability and a commitment to excellence are valued. You'll manage complex and confidential priorities, coordinate executive committees, prepare high-quality papers and presentations, and build strong relationships across the organisation.

About You
n
You're an experienced Executive Assistant who is organised, proactive and confident working in a complex environment. You anticipate what's needed, bring sound judgement to competing priorities and build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

You'll Bring

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders and committees.
n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- Sound judgement, discretion and a high level of professionalism.
n
- A proactive approach to problem solving and improving processes.
n
- The ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively across diverse teams.
