As a Business Analyst at C&K;, you'll help shape a better way to grow. Partnering with teams across the organisation, you'll turn data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making, continuous improvement and the long-term sustainability of our services.

n

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping our centres remain strong, sustainable and focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for children and families.

In this role you'll:

n

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
n
- Map and improve business processes and ways of working.
n
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across C&K.;
n
- Translate business needs into practical solutions and recommendations.
n
- Support strategic projects, system improvements and organisational change initiatives.
n
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

What you'll bring

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, accounting or commerce preferable.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and requirements gathering.
n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Current Blue Card and Police Check, or willingness to obtain.
n
- Experience in education, not-for-profit or community services desirable but not essential
n
