About the Role

As Business Advisory Manager, you'll take carriage of a substantial advisory fee base and a growing team, with real scope to shape how both develop. You'll manage and grow a large portfolio of advisory clients, lead and mentor a growing team with genuine input into how it's structured and developed, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and growing a large portfolio of advisory clients

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on structuring, strategy, tax planning and business performance

Reviewing work prepared by the team and being the senior point of technical and client contact

About You

CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)

Solid experience in business advisory / public practice accounting, ideally at Manager level or stepping up into it

Comfortable owning client relationships and having commercial conversations, not just producing the numbers

Some experience leading or mentoring junior staff, or clearly ready to
