Are you an experienced Offshore Installation Manager with a proven track record on FPSO assets? We are seeking a dynamic leader to take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a major offshore production facility in Equatorial Guinea.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with offshore HSE standards.
n
- Lead and mentor a diverse offshore workforce, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
n
- Serve as the senior company representative offshore.
n
- Ensure effective incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action implementation.
n

n

FPSO Operations Management

n

n
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the FPSO through departmental leadership teams.
n
- Maximise production uptime while maintaining asset integrity and operational excellence.
n
- Coordinate production, maintenance, engineering, marine, and safety activities.
n
- Drive effective planning, scheduling, and execution of offshore work scopes.
n

Operational Excellence

n

n
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW) systems, risk assessments, and control of work processes.
n




- Ensure compliance with applicable maritime, class, flag state, and environmental requirements.
n
- Lead management of change activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Promote cost awareness and operational efficiency across all departments.
n

n

Essential Experience

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Offshore Installation Manager.
n
- Significant experience working on FPSO facilities.
n
- Strong understanding of offshore production operations, maintenance, engineering, and safety management.
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary offshore teams.
n
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance safety, operational performance, and business objectives.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Engineering Degree or HND in a relevant discipline; OR
n
- Master Mariner Unlimited; OR
n
- Chief Engineer Unlimited certification.
n

n

Additional requirements:

n

n
- Offshore survival and emergency management certifications.
n
- OIM emergency response qualifications or equivalent.
n
- Medical fitness for offshore work.
n
- English proficiency at skilled level.
n
