Data Modeller - Azure/Acurity -Hybrid environment - wfh & CBD office + Daily rate

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeller to join a leading superannuation organisation as part of a major enterprise data transformation program.

n

You will be responsible for designing and developing robust data models that support a new enterprise data platform, reporting, analytics and broader business requirements.

n

The Role:

n

n
- Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models
n
- Design scalable data structures for a new enterprise data platform
n
- Create and maintain ERDs, data dictionaries and metadata
n
- Translate business requirements into effective data models
n
- Work across relational and dimensional data modelling
n
- Support data integration, master data and reference data activitiesCollaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts and Data Governance
n
- Establish consistent data modelling standards and practices
n

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 5+ years' experience across Data Modelling,



Data Architecture or Data Warehousing
n
- Strong conceptual, logical and physical data modelling experience
n
- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional modelling
n
- Experience designing models for enterprise data warehouses/data platforms
n
- Experience with ERDs and data dictionaries
n
- Valuable SQL knowledge
n
- Experience with Erwin, SQLDBM or equivalent
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis skills
n

n

Highly Desirable:

n

n
- Microsoft Azure / Fabric / Synapse / SQL Server
n
- Knowledge of the Acurity data model
n
- Superannuation, financial services or wealth management experience
n
- Data governance and data quality experience
n

n
