The Padel Lounge is one of Sydney's leading padel destinations, delivering premium facilities, coaching, competitions and social experiences for players of all levels.

About the Role

n

The Head of Programs will be responsible for planning, managing and growing all programs across The Padel Lounge.

n

This includes social competitions, leagues, tournaments, coaching programs, junior programs, school programs, corporate events and new padel initiatives.

n

The role requires someone who understands the sport, can identify what players want and can create programs that increase participation, court utilisation and customer retention.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Plan and manage all social competitions, leagues, tournaments and structured programs.
n
- Develop new and exciting padel programs for different levels and player groups.
n
- Manage program schedules across The Padel Lounge venues.
n
- Monitor registrations, attendance and player participation.
n
- Work closely with coaches to organise coaching programs, clinics and player development pathways.
n
- Develop junior, school and holiday programs.
n
- Build corporate and community padel programs.
n
- Ensure programs are properly created and managed through Playtomic and internal systems.
n
- Monitor program performance, profitability and court utilisation.
n
- Identify underperforming programs and make improvements where required.
n
- Communicate with players regarding schedules, registrations, competitions and program updates.
n
- Work with the marketing team to promote upcoming programs and events.
n




- Coordinate staff and coaches required to deliver each program.
n
- Gather player feedback and use it to improve the customer experience.
n
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
n
- Maintain a consistent standard across all programs and venues.
n
- Provide regular reports on participation, revenue, growth and program performance.
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong knowledge and understanding of padel.
n
- Experience managing sports programs, competitions, events or similar operations.
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple programs and schedules at the same time.
n
- Confident using booking and management systems such as Playtomic.
n
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue, participation and court utilisation.
n
- Creative approach to developing current competitions and player experiences.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider management team.
n
- Available to work across The Padel Lounge locations when required.
n
