Required skills and experience
n
n
- Assist in developing and monitoring detailed construction programmes and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
n
- Coordinate and schedule technical activities on site while ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, relevant codes, and quality standards.
n
- Manage subcontractors and service suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard within project timelines.
n
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, drawing registers, specifications, and compliance records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
n
- Support a solid safety culture through active participation in site safety initiatives and adherence to HSE requirements.
n
- Recently completed Bachelor Degree in Construction or Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent trade experience
n
- Previous experience in a site based role
n
- Understanding of the principles of engineering, construction and architecture
n
- Construction White Card & Asbestos Awareness
n
- Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
n
