About the Position

Currently an prospect exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver a residential new home project in the Logan area. Responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing programs and schedules
n
- Managing trades, materials and deliveries
n
- Ensuring Quality assurance and WHS
n
- Ensuring time lines and budgets are being met
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- QLD Builders or Supervisors Licence
n




- 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor on volume residential projects
n
- Experience in commercial projects or multresidential highly regarded
n
- Excellent construction knowledge
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisation
n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
n
