Job Description

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an Aviation Safety Specialist to support the AvSMS within the Mission Assurance team, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and driving improvements across complex aviation programs.

You will audit, investigate, monitor regulatory compliance (CASA, DASR, EASA, EMAR), analyse safety data, and promote a robust safety culture while collaborating with Defence and aerospace stakeholders.
