We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing delivery team focused on digital transformation, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native application development. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring robust expertise in backend development using .NET and AWS, while also contributing to frontend development using React.The successful candidate will operate between a Senior and Staff Engineer level, contributing to solution design, low-level design (LLD), implementation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade applications supporting government schemes, mortgage/home loan processing, and workflow automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications using .NET and React.
n
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design, and low-level design (LLD) activities.
n
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
n
- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and industry best practices.
n
- Design and implement event-driven integration patterns and messaging solutions.
n
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver automation and digital transformation initiatives.
n
- Implement workflow automation, orchestration, and process digitization solutions.
n
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
n
- Support CI/CD implementation,



DevOps practices, testing, release management, and production support activities.
n
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering team members.
n
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
n

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
