About this role:

n

n
- Providing expert advice in relation to mechanical condition of vehicles
n
- Mechanical vehicle repairand servicing including engine, transmission, body and suspension components
n
- Diagnosis,and repair ofvehicle issues and defects per dealer & manufacturer warranty processes, standards and guidelines
n
- Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs to the Service Manager and recording information using service reporting systems
n




- Test driving and conducting final assessments prior to return of vehicles to customers
n
- Providing guidance and training including safe work practices to apprentice technicians
n
- Maintaining a protected working environment at all times
n
- Maintaining an up to date, high level of knowledge of all mechanical issues and changes of Toyota vehicles
n
- Ability to follow dealership and Toyota Australia procedures consistently
n
- Other general workshop duties where required
n

Must haves:

n

n
- Cert III or higher qualification as a Light Vehicle Mechanic
n
- Mechanical knowledge of Automotive Industry
n
- Knowledge and operation of all relevant Health & Safety regulations
n
- Ability to perform Road Worthy Checks on vehicles advantageous
n
- Must have full work rights
n
