Job Description

Due to our Growth, we are looking for a BMS Engineer to join our team in Victoria. You'll take the lead on designing, engineering and optimising building management systems, and build lasting relationships with clients who trust your expertise.

What will you do?

n

n
- Work independently on leading the engineering, design, delivery and commissioning of BMS systems
n
- Identify and drive opportunities for system optimisation and performance enhancements
n
- Apply your engineering judgement to identify hazards and safety issues
n
- Prepare detailed technical scopes and information to support quotes and proposals
n
- Undertake Engineering Tasks including programming, graphics and integration
n
- Liaise with work coordinators and management to plan and deliver projects
n
- Provide high-level technical and customer service to clients
n
- Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments and new business
n




- Support the Victorian BMS team and help drive outcomes nationally where required
n

What do we need from you?

n

n
- Niagara Certification and a strong technical understanding of BMS systems software — Niagara (AX and N4)
n
- Experience with Easy IO, Distech or Honeywell WEBS software highly regarded
n
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of BMS protocols, networking and communications.
n
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and specifications
n
- Hands-on experience highly regarded
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Strong technical and engineering knowledge, with sharp fault-finding and decision-making skills
n
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, a professional attitude and great personal presentation
n
- A curious, proactive self-starter who thrives with autonomy as well as in a team
n
- Confidence scoping and quoting small works
n
- Demonstrated ability to project manage minor works
n
- Proven ability to achieve targets while keeping quality and safety front of mind
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
n
