We're looking for a part time (22.5 hours per week) experienced Finance Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. We will work with you to create a work schedule that offers flexibility around days and hours while ensuring business needs are met.

- You will bring experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping or a similar finance role. A finance qualification or relevant accounting studies (highly regarded).

What you'll be doing

n

As our Finance Officer, you'll play an important role in maintaining the financial health of the business by:

n

- Processing customer invoices, receipts and payments accurately and efficiently.
n
- Managing accounts payable, supplier reconciliations and payment runs.
n
- Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
n
- Supporting month-end processes, financial reporting and audit activities.
n
- Assisting with maintaining compliance across finance processes.
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies.
n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to provide exceptional internal service.
