Acorn College is an established RTO (RTO No.46167) exclusively focused on Early Childhood Education and Care. Since launching in mid-2024, we've rapidly become a trusted name in the Bundaberg region for delivering quality training in CHC30121 & CHC30125 Certificate III and CHC50121 & CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Who We're Looking For
n
We're seeking an engaging, passionate trainer who genuinely wants to support the next generation of early childhood educators. You'll deliver practical,
workplace-based training and classroom-based sessions, guiding learners through their full journey—from theory to hands‐on assessments.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Deliver training for CHC30121 & CHC30125 and CHC50121 & CHC50125
n
- Assess students' practical work in real-world settings and mark theory units
n
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship throughout the student journey
n
- Maintain compliance based on SRTO 2025
n
- Complete administration tasks
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- A current Blue Card (Paid – Working with Children Check)
n
- Great communication, organisation, and time management skills
n
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
n
- A positive attitude, a team player spirit, and a passion for mentoring future educators
n
