Our client, is a leading Australian manufacturer of precast concrete products and is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join their team.

n

We are looking for candidates who enjoy hands‐on work, have experience within manufacturing or production environments, and are looking for a long‐term opportunity with genuine permanent potential.

Duties & Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products (where licenced)
n
- Assist with the manufacture of precast concrete pipes and products
n
- Open and strip moulds, remove finished products, and prepare moulds for the next production cycle
n
- Complete general production and labouring duties
n
- Carry out basic quality checks and finishing work
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and protected work setting
n
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
n




- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n

n

About You

n

n
- Ideally, previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, concrete, labouring or similar environments
n
- Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential
n
- Confined Space, White Card and EWP licences advantageous, but not essential
n
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
n
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused
n
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Able to work effectively within a team environment
n
