Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager ready to take the next step into a senior leadership role?
n Our client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial property agency with a strong presence across Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Head of Commercial Property to lead their property management function and play a key role in the next stage of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Manager or Team Leader looking for more autonomy, leadership responsibility and the chance to genuinely influence a growing division.
n The Role You will oversee the commercial property management function, leading the team and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Leading, mentoring and supporting the commercial property management team
n
- Overseeing a portfolio across commercial, retail and industrial assets
n
- Managing key landlord and client relationships
n
- Overseeing budgets, outgoings, reporting and lease administration
n
- Driving team performance, processes and service standards
n
- Supporting the growth and development of the commercial property management division
n




- Working closely with senior leadership, sales and leasing teams
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiencies and client outcomes
n

About You:

n

n
- Strong commercial property management experience
n
- Previous leadership experience or a genuine desire to step into a leadership role
n
- Experience across retail, office and/or industrial assets
n
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
n
- Excellent landlord and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
n
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in helping grow a business
n
- A current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence
n
