Chandler Macleod in Australia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to deliver recruitment and workforce solutions across a defined client portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, drive workforce outcomes through partnerships, and manage an active contractor workforce with focus on compliance, safety and lifecycle management.
You'll partner with stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, and lead end-to-end recruitment from briefing to mobilisation,
