This role will a 12 month fixed term Specialist teacher role in the area of Performing Arts. Working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Teaching Foundation through to Year 6.

Key Selection Criteria

n

n
- Understanding and Commitment to Catholic Identity and Mission;
n




- Experience in teaching Performing Arts and an awareness of the relevant curriculum;
n
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or be eligible for registration);
n
- A current or be willing to obtain an Accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate;
n
- Demonstrated high- level knowledge of Victorian Curriculum and the AITSL standards with best practice, evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning;
n
- Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a protected and positive classroom environment;
n
- Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment.
