Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional service
n
- Maintain high standards of venue presentation and atmosphere
n
- Oversee daily operations, including reservations, floor management, and guest relations
n




- Work closely with BOH and Bar to ensure smooth service and strong communication
n
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost awareness
n
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
n
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and a positive team culture
n
- Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and smart service strategies
n

About You

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
n
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team unity and accountability
n
- Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities
n
- A natural host with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
n
- High attention to detail and pride in venue presentation
n
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and supportive under pressure
n
- Understanding of stock management, rostering, and basic financials
n
