The Prospect
n
This is a pivotal Executive Assistant role supporting a team of 6 within the Private Equity team, ranging from Managing Director level through to Associate. Operating at the heart of the business, you will act as a true right hand, ensuring priorities are aligned, time is optimised, and the day-to-day runs with precision. You will join a team of EAs to offer an internal network and coverage when needed. This is a fast-paced, high-touch environment suited to an EA who thrives under pressure, enjoys being across everything, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities
n
Executive Support & Diary Management
n
n
- Complex diary management for a Managing Director and Director, balancing competing priorities
n
- Proactively manage scheduling, anticipating conflicts and resolving issues before they arise
n
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholders and clients
n
- Act as a key point of contact, managing calls, correspondence, and inbox flow
n
n
Travel, Events & Operations
n
n
- End-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries for the team
n
- Organise client and investor meetings, events, including logistics, venues, and catering
n
- Support the broader team with ad hoc coordination and operational requirements
n
n
About You
n
n
- 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services, private equity, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced environment
n
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business priorities and operate accordingly
n
- Proven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders in a high-pressure workplace
n
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
n
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
n
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with shifting priorities
n
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
n
n
