Endeavour Foundation is seeking an Injury & Claims Lead to shape our injury management strategy, influence decisions with data, and drive initiatives that reduce claim costs and premium impacts across the organisation. You will own complex claims, manage insurer relationships, lead regulatory compliance and performance reporting, while partnering with leaders, lawyers and providers to improve outcomes.
