Receptionist - P/T (12pm-5pm Mon-Fri) - Forest Lodge

Part-Time | Monday-Friday, 12pm-5pm (25 hours/week) - Circa $40,000+Super

Boutique are hiring for a busy construction company based in Forest Lodge, looking for a warm, organised, and reliable receptionist to be the friendly face and voice of the office.

About the Role

n

You'll be the first point of contact for clients, tradespeople, and suppliers — keeping our front office running smoothly every afternoon. This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent part‐time hours in a supportive, down‐to‐earth team environment.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
n
- Greeting visitors, clients, and contractors
n
- Managing office admin — filing, data entry, scheduling
n
- Assisting the team with correspondence and basic document preparation
n
- Coordinating deliveries and keeping the front office tidy and welcoming
n
- General support for our project and site teams as needed
n

Who We're Looking For

n

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- Previous receptionist or front‐of‐house experience, or
n
- A background in retail, hospitality, or another customer‐facing role, with a genuine interest in moving into office administration
n

n

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

n

n
- Personable, friendly, and a great communicator
n
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
n
- Comfortable juggling phones, visitors, and admin tasks at once
n
- Confident using basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
n
- Reliable and punctual, with a can‐do attitude
n

n

No construction industry experience required — full training will be provided for the right person. We're happy to invest in someone with the right attitude who's keen to learn.
