Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Industrial Automation Engineer to support electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, and manufacturing process optimization. The role will involve working across electrical power distribution, PLC/SCADA systems, industrial networks, and factory improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Design, implement, and maintain electrical infrastructure and power distribution systems within industrial/factory environments.
n
- Develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and SCADA control systems.
n
- Configure and support industrial communication networks and automation systems.
n
- Work with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
n
- Drive process capacity improvements, equipment efficiency, and factory optimization initiatives.
n
- Troubleshoot electrical, automation, control, and network-related issues to minimize production downtime.
n
- Support commissioning, testing, system upgrades, and integration of new equipment and production lines.
n
- Review existing automation and electrical systems and recommend improvements for reliability, safety, and performance.
n
- Ensure engineering activities comply with relevant electrical, safety, and industrial standards.
n
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, system specifications, and project documentation.
n
n
Key Skills & Experience
n
n
- Strong experience in industrial electrical infrastructure and power distribution.
n
- Hands‐on experience with PLC and SCADA systems.
n
- Experience with industrial automation and control systems integration.
n
- Knowledge of industrial communication/networking protocols.
n
- Experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, or factory environments.
n
- Proven experience in process improvement, capacity enhancement, and factory optimization.
n
- Robust troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively with electrical, automation, maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
n
n
Preferred Background
n
n
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Control Systems, or a related discipline.
n
- Experience working on industrial automation, manufacturing, or process control projects.
n
- Experience with commissioning, system upgrades, and production‐line integration would be advantageous.
n
n
